True Colour Foundation CIC was founded in July 2020 to provide a means through which people can access inspiring, empowering and life changing support.

We do this by providing a platform for others to personally support what we are doing through personal donations, as well as applying for funding from different funding bodies. True Colour Transformation Ltd is also delighted to support True Colour Foundation CIC by pledging a proportion of its annual income to it.

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund we were able to help over a 1000 young people during lockdown by providing this Wellbeing video, giving them effective mental health tools to support their own wellbeing.

OUR MISSION

After running many successful courses for several years, it became apparent that many people wanted, and indeed needed, to come on our courses but couldn’t due to lack of financial resources.  

At True Colour Foundation CIC, we believe these courses, and the resulting positive life changes should be accessible for everyone regardless of their background, ethnicity, or social economic status.

Tracy is a qualified Therapist, Trainer, and community worker. She is passionate about helping people rise above their limitations and flourish in life. She is currently supporting local students with their wellbeing and loves seeing them overcome.

She is married with a teenage son and daughter, who make her laugh a lot! She enjoys dancing, walking, and socialising. She enjoys developing her skills and is soon to start studying to become a highly acclaimed Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) Therapist, which she is excited about.

Director

Susie is a professional and dedicated fundraising, marketing and communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit/charitable sector and has extensive skills & expertise in a wide range of fundraising and marketing activities with a proven and successful track record.

Susie has worked for YMCA Norfolk's leadership team for 20 years and has her own consultancy businesses – Funding the Kingdom.

Married to Rob, with two children, Josh & Elise, Susie looks for opportunities that embody her Christian values.

Director

After a career in aviation management, Stuart now uses his wealth of knowledge and expertise to help apprentices meet the standards of Level 3 Apprenticeships.

As an experienced Trainer, he has seen first hand how giving people the simplest tools to become self-confident can greatly boost their own desire to further develop themselves.
